A certificate indicating medical fitness issued by an accredited Aviation Medical examiner. Copies of national identification card/passport/birth certificate and academic papers. At least six passport size photos (3 normal size and 3 2cm x 2.5cm). Pass three internal written evaluations in English, Mathematics, and Psychometric Testing. At least five lessons of flight assessment A certificate of good conduct.
